AdOpsOne

Giving an ad operations platform a stronger market presence.

Client context

AdOpsOne addressed a tension for content publishers: they needed more automation and support for ad operations, but did not want to surrender control of their accounts, data, and demand relationships. Its human-and-machine service worked inside publishers’ own Google Ad Manager accounts. TWG’s positioning work made that operating model central to the story, connecting automation with transparency and publisher independence.

What we built

TWG organized the messaging around the decisions publishers faced: what to outsource, what to retain control of, and how to evaluate an alternative to revenue-share monetization services. The positioning platform connected customer pains, audience segments, differentiators, and message pillars so the team could explain the offering consistently.

Program evidence: The resulting messaging framework included an elevator pitch, buyer personas, and distinct messages for enterprise and smaller publishers. Website, product and sales content, email, events, and thought leadership carried the broader story into market-facing materials. The shared framework provided a basis for explaining different offers without rebuilding the narrative for every channel.
