Epiq Bankruptcy

Making bankruptcy services easier to understand and bring to market.

Client context

Epiq Bankruptcy needed to connect a broad portfolio of court data, technology, and services with the daily decisions of lenders, servicers, and other bankruptcy professionals. The opportunity was to explain how teams could move beyond manual searches toward more proactive information and efficient workflows. TWG translated that operational value into positioning, service marketing, and content for specific buyer needs.

What we built

TWG supported positioning, thought leadership, product and service materials, webinar and event creative, social assets, sales support, and landing-page design. The work connected a consistent practice-level story with concrete use cases that buyers could recognize in their own operations.

Program evidence: The AACER servicing-efficiency email series used customer success stories to explain productivity, timely case alerts, and easier access to information. Each message connected a specific operational problem with a relevant example and a clear next step, from reading the story to speaking with the team. This provided a repeatable campaign structure for moving from broad platform awareness to a focused sales conversation.
